Dave Abbott was born in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan; he and his family moved to Surrey B.C. in 1970. Dave watched Surrey develop and grow, into the city we know today. Dave has a vast knowledge of all the areas in Surrey, White Rock, Langley and North Delta.
