They say the day in the life of a Realtor is never the same. This is also true in business and the relationships we forge. Having spent my entire working life dealing with people, you learn to understand that all we want is to be treated fairly. That is my commitment to my clients.
Education is key to enhancing my communication skills. For me, I’ve achieved an Associates Degree from Kwantlen College, Business Degree from Simon Fraser University, Real Estate Diploma from the Sauder School of Business, currently enrolled in the CCIM Program and am a Commercially licensed Pilot.
Before becoming a Realtor, I’ve worked as a buyer for Shell Canada, a Buyer for the Construction of GM Place, and various other jobs. During the last 20 years, I was a self employed businessman of a local company. It was during this time, that I truly learnt the importance of relationships and business. As is Real Estate, clients trust us to protect their needs and provide them with a service for their money. We need to connect and understand one another. We also need to instill in our clients that our relationship does not end when the cheque clears. I’m here for my clients everyday that they need me or have a question.
