Spence has been in sales since he was 18 years old. Being brought up in the Real Estate business, he always felt comfortable leaning in that direction. Spence started his sales career selling cars for Toyota where he was consistently one of the top three sales people over the five year period he worked there. He enjoyed the closing of the sale experience which he felt was invaluable. He went from the car business into advertising for the Now Newspaper where he was in charge of all Real Estate Marketing. It was with the newspaper that he received the Van Net Top Sales Award and the President's Club Award.
